Text Box: Improving home performance is a great way to increase the comfort of your home while decreasing your energy cost. Homes that do not perform optimally are generally uncomfortable. You may have rooms that are too cold or that seem stuffy. The cost of operating heating and cooling equipment that has to over compensate for a home that is performing badly can be very expensive. Also continuing to use outdated or less efficient appliances can be just as costly as overloaded appliances. There are five levels to home performance improvements. Analyze your home energy use Air seal and Insulation Heating and Cooling efficiency check Upgrade to Energy Star qualified home products Whole house and lifestyle approach Noble House is a registered Maryland and Virginia Home Improvement Contractor and can assist in all of your home improvement projects. Referrals are available upon request. Rates: An inspector must see the home and inspect the area prior to giving any quotes for improvements. A quote for improvements is free with any Home Performance Audit conducted by Noble House. Any quote requested without an audit has a minimum fee of $50 refundable if the quote is accepted.
